With over 20 years of experience working in California, Thomas possesses a strong land development background in the wine, residential, and commercial industries. His management and design experiences cover a wide range of the land development spectrum including roadway design, grading, drainage, utility design, hydrology, water system development, utilities, sewage disposal design, and construction consulting for urban and rural projects. Thomas has also served as professional expert in land development construction on several litigation cases. Along with founding BC Engineering Group, Thomas has also successfully completed personal development projects as owner/builder for multiple homes, grading and drainage developments, and roads. Thomas is a high energy and motivated person that has a very strong attention to detail with a passionate and professional stance toward civil engineering. Because of Thomas’ wide range of knowledge in the industry, he’s become the go-to person when clients, colleagues, and co-workers have technical questions or need support. Thomas also holds a professional engineering license in the state of Nevada. When not working, Thomas enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Bre, and their three children, and playing a number of sports. Thomas is active in service and business clubs in Sonoma County, most notable is his membership as a Rotarian in Healdsburg. Thomas also volunteers his free time being the general manager and assistant coach of the SRJC’s ice hockey team and coaching multiple youth teams.
